Job Description:

● Open and maintain customers’ webstores by recording account information

● Answer the queries asked by the customers (old or new) received via emails or social media accounts.

● Maintain leads in Hubspot and touch-base with the clients if their free trials are ending.

● Talk to new clients and tell them about new features to ensure maximum conversions to monthly or yearly plans.

● Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

● Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Job Requirements

● Bachelors’/Master’s degree 

● Entry level to 1 years of experience is required

● Experienced with Microsoft Office applications or Google Sheets for reporting, analytics and presentations.

● Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

● Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
